He was onsite nearly everyday of 9 months and available after hours by phone or email. > He was patient, good natured and a talented craftsmen, as well as an extraordinary resource during the process. He never appeared flustered or angry no matter what had transpired that day . > He managed so much under the radar, that we were never aware of any problems in the day to day workings of the project.
