A: Thank you - If you're referring to the floors they are the original sub-flooring of this 107 year old home.  This house was stripped down to its bones and resurrected with all new systems and a contemporary addition.  We designed the home to continue it's story with many of the materials refurbished and reintroduced.  The floors were repaired and simply given 2 passes of light sanding and finishing allowing all of it's age to shine through.
