**★★★★★ — Stacy Hyde, Dec. 2021**

> Love Devine Bath - based on my experience, should be called Devine KITCHEN and Bath! Stephanie was phenomenal. Very helpful, delightful to work with and intuitive. I desperately wanted to lighten and brighten my kitchen, upgrade the cabinets and create an area suitable for entertaining in a small space. Hands down-slam dunk! Communication: outstanding. Availability to answer questions: outstanding. Professionalism: outstanding. Workmanship: Beyond outstanding. Timeliness and as-promised: incredible! Cleanup: stellar. Ron and Melanie (who did the work) basically ruins the stereotypical reputation. These two are in a league of their own. I’d recommend Devine to anyone! Could not have asked for a better experience and the end result has been a dream come true!!

**Comment from Devine Bath & Kitchen:**

> Stacy, thank you so much for the glowing review! It was a pleasure working with you and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

**★ — Norma Hernandez, Feb. 2020**

> Devine Bath needs to stand behind their work. They guarantee their workmanship-the thing they brag about the most when trying to get your business being of quality, for only 1 year. 1 YEAR! That is nothing if you really believe in your skill. We trusted them, even after they had to repair work done by a contractor who did substandard work. And now just four years later they won't stand behind their work and repair thousands of dollars of damage done to our entire bathroom by water leaking around a shower tray that was not installed correctly by them. They need to do right by their customers, even after the job is done and paid for. Stay away and find a company that will stand behind their work for longer than one lousy year.

**Comment from Devine Bath & Kitchen:**

> Hi Norma,
>
> We absolutely understand your frustration, and we are sorry that this has disrupted your home. Our company has been communicating with your family on this issue and have taken steps to repair the problem. Your project was completed in January 2016, and you are correct that it is outside the scope of our warranty that guarantees quality of workmanship for one year. When issues like this arise past the warranty period, we make attempts to remedy the situation after assessing the problem first hand. Our manager was contacted by your husband on January 24th, 2020. Your husband informed our manager of the issue with your leak and that you had already hired a 3rd party contractor to demolish the bathroom to find the cause of the leak. We would have been more than happy to inspect and diagnose the problem ourselves, but there is little we can do when we are not included in remediation efforts and the problem in question has been completely demolished. Our manager spoke with your husband again on January 28th to discuss more details and offered to cover the materials cost for the repairs, despite being beyond our warranty period. Our manager asked for any photographs or documentation from your 3rd party contractor to perform our own assessment as well. At the end of that call we expected to receive documentation of the issue from the 3rd party contractor and proceed from there, but instead we received this review as our last form of communication from your family. We take these situations very seriously, and proceed with due diligence to gather all the facts and find a solution. Again, we are very sorry for your situation and hope we can continue our conversation offline to work towards a solution.

> We chose Devine Bath after interviewing many contractors to remodel our bathroom. Based on their working within our desired budget and ease in selection we made the choice to use them. Thank goodness we did as we could not have been happier with the process and the results. From start to finish each step was laid out, the contractors showed up when expected, house was cleaned each night, and our bathroom could not have turned out better. I recommend Devine to anyone who asks, we could not be happier.

**★★★ — hauckcome, May 2016**

> We choose Divine Bath because of their willingness to let us do the tear down, electrical, plumbing, tiling the floor and other small projects of our complete teardown and remodel.. That helped keep the costs down. Jayna the designer and Tony, the project manager were very helpful and supportive designing our shower and tiled wall! 5⭐️s for them. We were less than satisfied with the tile setters though. They may have been in a hurry. The grout work of the shower pan was less than satisfactory, and was too difficult to correct. So we have to live with it. I filled in missing grout on the tile wall in 6 places. And the tile layout/planning was poorly thought out, resulting in a mismatched pattern in the accent trim tiles and a very odd and thin row of tiles along the ceiling, which is very noticable. There just seemed to be a lack of attention to detail on the tile setters part. The glass shower walls are stunning and we're thrilled with them! They offset the less than stellar tile job somewhat. In all fairness, we were out of town when most of the tile work was done. The job might have been more satisfactory if we had inspected the work as they went along, instead of after the job was complete and cured. I would recommend different tile setters.

> Master bath remodel. Took out a pre-formed shower and replaced with marble. Also added a heated floor with the same marble. It is beautiful and we love using it everyday.
> My husband was a little skeptical of the idea of the remodel, but we were so pleased with the process and the outcome.
> Chris has excellent design sense and the crew were polite, skilled and hard working.
> Recommend them highly.

> From the beginning I was impressed by the professional way our project was handled. Our designer, Norma, was awesome. She listening to what we wanted & worked with the style of our home to give us the master bath remodel I had dreamed of. Even though the bath was small, the improvements made a huge impact on function & style. The project, which was a total remodel and included changing the standard door to a pocket door was completed on time & on budget. The installer was on time, polite and able to solve problems that came up without stressing me out! I am looking forward to working with the Devine team on the guest bath,

> Job\#7155752 Installed walk-in shower, I love it but this week, gout about 5 inch fell out to shower floor, May I have someone to replaced asap before water damaged begin.

**★★★★★ — jcuzino, July 2013**

> My wife and I are an older couple needing an easy walk-in shower. After going to home shows and big box stores. We requested Toss the Tub to make a design and an estimate. We also received competitive bids from other companies. We explained our tight budget and requirements. They came to our house and discussed all the aspects of what would need to be done. They provided all the details, materials, and time frames of when things would be done. They also offered to allow us to do some of the finishing items to keep costs down. I explained that I might have to do a portion of the project a piece at a time. They offered financing at real reasonable terms. They also offered to do parts now and later as we could afford it. They are going to replace our tub with a tiled shower, floor and back splash. The final design changed as couple of times but they worked with us each time. The final cost was less than $8000 much less than I expected. I will send pictures when the job is done in August or you can come by and take them we they are working.

What started as a bathroom update turned into a complete remodel of the condo. The kitchen became our main target, and as we brought it out of the 70s, the rest came with it. Our client wanted a home closer to their grandchildren, but to be comfortable and functional, it needed an update.
