**Q: Most cost effective one level floor plan to build rectangle or L shape** *(in Building a Home)*

Looking to build with South Mountain views, One level need to be Very cost effective!  Build a Box, rectangle or L shape. This would utilize an end load garage & No site restrictions 15 acres.  High Ceilings combined with vaults, Open floor plan, Split bedrooms North/South Orientation to avoid the Brutal West Az Sun Considerable covered porches, Very Rustic finishing.
No stairs on only 2500 sf.  Many Thanks in Advance!! Karen

A: That is exactly what I want a shoebox house with sloped root for a loft for grandkids 2 bedrooms at each end of the home kitchen in the middle with Island and front or back of home with mostly glass doors that will open up to large deck overlooking north ga mountains
