Joe took measurements, pictures, thoroughly explained what to expect before, during and upon completion of our project. Joe asked us a lot of questions re: our projects vision, needs, wants and overall desired style/look. Who would have known there are so many details and options to consider for a stairway remodel? To ensure we were all on the same page SCWS invited us to come and tour the shop. Hayden and Ed took their time explaining our options and showed us a rendering of our desired new stairway. Initially, we just wanted to update the handrails, balusters and add a carpet runner. After having a better understanding of everything involved and the various options we decided to go with; solid oak handrails/treads and solid wrought iron balusters. The crew showed up on time everyday, completed our project as promised and most importantly they were respectful to our family and home (as we were either working/schooling remotely).
