Three things to consider when working with Timberhomes: 1. They were comfortable with the fact that I wanted to do much of the prep work and they told me exactly what they needed from me; 2. Timberhomes LLC are Great Communicators. For example, every single time I came up with a change David Hooke would e-mail me the next day with the associated costs and time restraints!; 3. We arranged with Timberhomes to have their full crew come for a week to get the frame assembled and roofed etc. The crew worked unbelievably hard, and were a delight to spend time with. For a long time we have wanted a family greenhouse for our property in Vermont. We contacted many timber frame companies, but decided to go with Timberhomes because of their friendly professionalism and responsiveness. They listened to what we wanted, helped us work out the design that was within out budget, cut the timbers out of beautiful white oak, and guided us through a very memorable assembly party with 60+ friends from the neighborhood (we didn't need that many but people just wanted to join the fun).
