> I can't recommend Greg and Wendy Renz highly enough.  This is the second major remodeling project we have hired them to do when we've been out of town and the entire experience was better than I could have hoped for.  Both times! Greg hires topnotch subcontractors for anything he can't do himself, and all of the work done for us was excellent.  What I especially like is his wife's gracious and efficient communication style.  I got unsolicited photos all along the way and Wendy also quickly accepted changes to our original plans without hesitation.  They are a great team  and I can't imagine anyone ever having any reason to regret hiring them.

> We worked closely with Renz Construction on a couple of remodel/upgrade projects on our Lake House.  They were wonderful to work with.  The old deck attached to our house was falling apart.  Renz created an amazing waterproof living area under the deck with outdoor ceiling fan, lights, and sound system.  The deck has LED lighting integrated into the deck pillars, all controlled from an app on my phone.  It is our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the most amazing sunsets.
