> Ordered Daltile Kimona Silk tile (not exactly an obscure or hard-to-source product).  First, I was told their unqualified free shipping offer did not apply, but I went ahead with the order because the price was still the best I could find.  Cautioned that delivery would take 2 weeks, which was all right.  I did not get an order confirmation.  Five days later, they called and said they didn't have the product in stock, that it would take an additional week to ship, and that if I confirmed the order, it would be magically transformed into a "special order" that could not be cancelled.  I cancelled the order, partly because I'd read reviews complaining of long shipping delays.  Nonetheless, they'd already charged my credit card when I'd originally placed the order and, obviously, before shipping.  I called them, and they contend that they've reversed the charge, but it will take 5 - 7 days to post.  We'll see.

> My husband and I  renovated our basement suite. We wanted as much quality as possible on a tight budget. I purchased 650 sq ft of  CoreTec XL St Andrews Oak from the clearance section of the Efloors website.  I was definitely nervous about spending $2,000 at an online retailer when the reviews have been so mixed. Our experience with Efloors was great. Flooring arrived as scheduled (free shipping) and was first quality, in unopened boxes.
