It had suffered the ravages of time, odd additions, and some less than quality DIY from previous owners. I had some idea of what I wanted, and Ron listened carefully to that. He then gave me some much better design ideas based on what I told him and presented options. His careful attention to detail, to design, and to ensuring quality work from himself and every subcontractor he uses has resulted in a bathroom way beyond my dreams. The workmanship is excellent, as is his professionalism. This is a second home, and I couldn't be there to oversee the work on a regular basis. I didn't need to be. Ron was in touch as he needed to be, and he took as good care of my home and project as if it were his own.
