Despite many pre-Christmas shoppers in the retail part of the store (which has some fabulous, unique items), Kevin was patient, informative and professional and worked with me until we got the right paper. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. They did their best to make sure that not only did I get the best matching wall paper but that it was shipped as quickly as possible. Even after the grasscloth had arrived and had been paid for, Kevin emailed me to give me some very helpful hints on installation.
