> We hired Terrible Tile LLC to install a traditional subway tile backsplash and herringbone inlay in our new kitchen, and we couldn't be more happy with the service and the finished product.  A few weeks after the installation was scheduled, Frank called to let us know he had an earlier opening to begin working.  He gave us design ideas and advice on which tile and grout color to use.  He kept our house clean during installation and provided updates while we were away from the house.  His attention to detail is excellent -- he laid over 100 2x4 tiles individually in a symmetrical herringbone pattern above our rangetop.  His was not the lowest price quote we received, but we chose Frank for his experience and reputation.  We're so glad we spent the extra money.  Frank's work was worth every penny.

> We used Terrible Tile for the rennovation of 3 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces and a kitchen floor.  He did an amazing job with the tile in the shower and all of the floors as well as the fireplaces.  He was very professional and he completed the job in the time he said.  He left the rooms looking better that we had expected.  We will definately use Frank again for our next project.

> I had Mr. Granata come over to put a back splash in my kitchen, as I was planning on selling my house and the kitchen needed that "special touch" to make it appealing to prospective buyers. Everyone who came into the house to view it commented on how great the kitchen looked - thanks to the back splash. In addition, soon after putting in the back splash the house did sell. Mr. Granata offered an affordable and high quality service that I will sure to be using in my next house, as the back splash made the kitchen look very pretty and made me sad that I lived in the home for so long without it.

> Terrible Tile tiled a large area of our home - large kitchen, hallway, and foyer.  They also laid a floating floor (faux wood) down in another room for us.  Frank was very respectful of our home.  He communicated very well through out the whole process.  He and his team worked quickly and efficiently.  They left our house clean and orderly each day when they were done.  Great experience.  One year later, we are very happy with our tile!  I would highly recommend Terrible Tile, and I'm sure we will hire Frank again for projects down the road.
