> We were referred to Pool & Spa Medics for our HOA pool resurfacing (I'm on the board). Their walkthrough and project scope were on a different level than everyone else we talked to (more detail and great recommendations). We had a rough start and a brutal Colorado spring that pushed us back 2 weeks. It was very frustrating for our residents, but they owned the issues, stood behind their work, and made sure the project was done right. They stepped up to service our pool this season when we lost our prior company due to resident rumormongering and false accusations. We are also scoping more projects with Pool & Spa Medics for immediate and long term needs. You roll the dice with Colorado pool companies - so many nightmare stories and we have some scars too. No company is perfect - knowing this, I'm glad we found one that doesn't walk off the job when it gets a little messy.
