Alex, the salesman for T&S Roofing was remarkable with his knowledge of metal roofs, and informed me that the process would take a little time but that it would be worth it. I always kept up with the most current information and status of the job through my assigned office manager Danielle Demiguel, and my project manager Mr. Josephs. Both of them always picked up my phone calls whenever I had any questions, and kept me up to date on the progress. Good customer service has always been important to me, because it usually reflects a company that wants to continue being successful. A special thank you goes out to Danielle! From the first day which was the roof tear off, to the dry in process later that same day for both the regular and flat roofs, one can readily see that this company is very professional. I particular liked that they have different crews for the different phases of the metal roof install including the cleanup crews.
