Last fall I decided to have a second bath done in the same way. Bathmasters rep got here first, seemed sincere, and price was okay, so I signed. The installation seemed okay at first, but soon developed problems with low-quality shower equipment and gaps in some caulking. After two weeks of evasion, false promises, and no-shows from Bathmaster, I have decided to fix it myself.
