These visuals were invaluable in helping us envision how everything would come together with mature plantings. > Our project was extensive, particularly because our corner lot effectively has three highly visible “front yards.” The HOA’s Architectural Review Committee had never reviewed a project of this scope, so approvals were lengthy and complex. Lush’s detailed drawings proved essential in securing final approval for everything we wanted, including xeriscaping, a golf cart garage, pergola, fireplace, and pet relief area. > The initial project estimate gave us pause, but after thorough pricing due diligence—and as we came to better understand Ryan’s creativity and design approach—we felt confident moving forward and awarded Lush the project. > Execution took nearly four months and presented more challenges than anticipated. In addition, LUSH is careful to use a palette of plants that will thrive in our harsh San Antonio climate where rain water is not so plentiful and he partners with true expert artisans of their craft. On September 22nd, 2020 we provided you with schematic drawings for the pool. We then heard nothing for almost 2 months until we received an email from you on November 20th, 2020.
