Where did you find them? Thanks.

A: The faucet was from RH, but the mirror is a one of a kind antique.

Which brand/model?

A: The toilet and sink were purchased at Build.com by the original builder.  We just spiced up the boring white room with the schumacher wallpaper and accessories.
