> Tiffany has done extensive work for us on two projects.  Our first project (2012) was a full gut job and rebuild of our kitchen; an addition where we converted the third bay of our garage into butlers pantry, mud room; laundry and pool bath and a buildout of an ADA accessible full bath on the second floor where the laundry room and a half bath were previously located.  She did all the design work after a detailed interview with us to make sure she knew how we really live in the space and what we were trying to accomplish.  She extracted so much usable space for us in the limited footprint we had available, I still can't believe it!  On that job she helped me with kitchen cabinet color choices and shopped with me for countertops, backsplash, etc.

> The second project (2014) was less construction intensive and more finish work.  In our formal living, we pulled out built ins and added a fireplace with, ahem, new built in bookshelves on the sides, and redid the powder bath vanity, etc.  In this project she drew all the new elevations for the fireplace wall and designed the vanity.  She designed the furniture plan for the living, selected chair and sofa options, plus upholstery options, lighting, powder room mirror, etc.  She coordinated all the custom furniture and window treatment orders and installation.
