MD Decking was one of the ten companies I interviewed for the deck project. The pricing was very competitive for all the features, decking options, and special features of my design (picture frame, black metal balusters, LED lights on posts, and the challenging waterfall steps. After the contract signature, Kenny Baker was assigned as my project manager. Austin was very patient with the HOA, as it took months to approve the plans. They submitted detailed plans to the county; they were approved within three weeks. The crew assigned (Luis Romero and his partner Cano) to my project was top-notch. They were very attentive to details and cleaned the worksite daily. The project was delivered on time, and the end product was fantastic! (see pictures). I am discussing a patio buildout in the next couple of months.
