Very quickly, I realized that Carlos was unlike so many builders with whom I have worked--- when Carlos said he could get the job done, he moved heaven and earth to do so. Carlos, under extreme time pressure was not only able to finish a beautiful bathroom for us, he took our basement (which was original to the 1940's house and the stuff that nightmares are made of) and plastered, drywalled, created a drop ceiling, painted, installed brand-new flooring, and re-built an entire staircase in record breaking time. He transformed our basement into true usable space. Carlos is a true pleasure to work with---a wonderful communicator, a wildly reliable, hardworking, fairly-priced and honest builder who does absolutely beautiful work. He worked wonderfully with other sub-contractors, and was responsive always to my questions. It is a wonder that Carlos stayed true to his timeline-- while the rest of the world is experiencing material and labor shortages, Carlos added such incredible value to our home, in such an accelerated timeframe.
