They came and looked at a house we were thinking of purchasing and rehabbing.  Gave the most honest assessment (no blue sky) about what would be involved and the costs.  Due to the listing cost of the property it wouldn't have been worth the cost of reno to do it.  Most contractors will low ball you to get a job.  I appreciated the honesty and would use them in a heartbeat.  Professional, on time for appt, and honest.  A++

> Lank Construction means integrity and perfection.    They were contracted in 2015 to refurbish a 1896 Victorian home to it's original state.  They were able to reconstruct missing crown moulding to match the original in place and they painstakingly found several thin Oak hardwood planks so the hardwood floors in the parlor and grand dining room could be saved.  They also found missing iron floor registers!!  I then contracted them to remodel the kitchen and bathroom which they did to perfection.  I was a general manager of a mall and managed millions of square feet in my career so I understand quality construction and detail.  These folks are exceptional and would recommend them highly to anyone.
