> While they have beautiful design ideas, do not use them unless you are super rich and never question them. They fired me as a client because I wouldn't spend the money they wanted me to. After working together for 3 months, they fired me via email - they couldn't be mature enough to pick up the phone and have a conversation with me or try to work it out. Very unprofessional!!! There was no prior communication of any concerns that they may have had working with me - this completely took me by surprise. Again, extremely unprofessional.

> A Big Thank You for Noting Our Talent! We were really disappointed that you were unable to commit to starting the project after months of custom design work and dozens of adjustments to scope. We were sadly forced to move on with written notice while providing you with full design schematics and a return of your retainer. Your shocking inflammatory responses - not only to us but also your verbal assaults on the contractor - required us to keep our communication in writing. We wish you well in your project as you now have the full detailed plans to DIY.
