We are a general contracting company who is owned and operated by Greg Parsenow. Greg has over 26 years of general contracting experience. All employees have been working with Greg for years and are always clean cut, uniformed, and have had background checks. 

We perform residential and commercial work. No job is too small and we do a lot of work that other contractors just don’t want to do. We have 7 full-time employees. We are OSHA Certified, fully insured and are a Licensed General Contractor. No job to small we can do them all. We want to build a relationship with our customers so we are their go to guys.

> I found Greg through Houzz. Through an inquiry Greg responded quickly and his communication throughout our projects was great. We want to use Greg for multiple projects but started with the outside of our new home. The house is 22 years old and slightly neglected. The house needed paint, caulk, and rotted cedar removed and replaced. Power washing was done. Two crews worked on the carpentry and painting. Together they made the house look new. Some rotted deck boards were replaced, large windows needed caulking and a small fenced in area was removed. All in all they did a meticulous job. Gentlemen were on time and great to work with. They even spotted wood rot that needed attention we missed in the initial estimate! Even though this increased the balance on our payment we knew that every corner and crack had been fixed. Very pleased with their attention to detail. They even cleaned out the gutters!
