After having a terrible experience with a bad contractor, Richard came in and fixed alot of my issues. His team also helped when I had a pipe burst in my garage from the freeze and gave me a whole new garage. They were quick, thorough and detailed in their work and the communication was amazing. I always knew when people were showing up and always knew what was happening. That kind of communication was so important to me because I work from home and manage quite a bit. Being able to plan ahead and get detailed communication was amazing. I won't go to anyone else here in Austin after working with Richard and his team. We were very impressed with their communication, cleanliness, and quality job. It was a smaller project for them (3 days) but was still handled with a lot of care and thought. I was really impressed with their containment during the demo and installation of new backer board. We were able to use out kitchen at the end of each work day and they had cleaned up. The finish result was perfect. These zellige tile can be a little harder to instal given the handmade nature/imperfections in each tile. The team did a great job there.
