> Our house had experienced water damage from a raccoon digging a hole in our roof under the solar panels. Water ran down the walls in my wife’s sewing room on the second floor and poured through the ceiling into our bedroom on the first floor. It took five days for a remediation company to dry the house.  I found Tideline and Steve Nutwell, the owner, on Houzz with outstanding reviews and the expertise I needed. I actually called several contractors, but found Tideline to be the most responsive with reasonable pricing. I took the opportunity to not only have the water damage repaired but added a list of every item I could recognize to have our house totally refurbished. Lots of painting, drywall, carpentry work, plumbing, electrical, tile installation, LVP flooring, window installation, and even stuccoing our foundation. This project took many disciplines. Tideline and Steve brought together a fantastic team of craftsmen to complete our project. They asked questions as the work progressed to be sure I was satisfied and answered a lot of questions to be sure I understood their approach. If I saw something I thought needed attention they immediately addressed it. Steve was especially helpful with suggestions on issues I wasn’t sure how to address even small details. I really appreciated having him do this personally. He even adjusted his schedule to accommodate our needs. I’m extremely satisfied with the work Tideline did on refurbishing our house. It looks and feels like a new home. I personally recommend Tideline and wouldn’t hesitate in having them do future projects for us. They’re my go to contractor.

> Hired Steve Nutwell a couple of years ago to convert a screened in porch to a sunroom. Needless to say I got taken for a ride. Lots of promises up front and not the delivery expected. The quality is poor, the communication was terrible. Roof is leaking, the part they replaced. Do your homework before you hire this company to do anything.
