I needed guidance with choosing the wood, color, width, etc., and Ashley was extremely helpful in showing me samples and explaining color tones that went with the walls, etc. they finished the job in just 5-6 days! They sent me photo updates and kept me in the loop. Even though our home is small, they treated it with respect and the importance that might be expected from a larger job. I was nervous about the whole project at first, never having worked with flooring people before. Didn’t know what to expect. But they put me at ease. They are honest and hard working. Gave me a refund for excess lumber not needed in the end. They also shaved the doors and were very attentive to details. Blending the new floor with the old floor was not easy and our biggest concern . Sander was confident he could do it and it would look perfect and it did. After completion, the floor looked perfect and looked like the entire floor was a brand new install. When Sander wove the two floors together, he first drew the plan on the floor and asked for our approval, then he placed flooring in position and again asked for our approval, and then completed the task. We appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and desire to please the customer. Sander completed the project on schedule and his price was very competitive.
