Before work was even performed, John dedicated a lot of time and energy into educating us about the scope of the project. We had several friends who had nightmare stories to tell about their contractors. I can say the we never once encountered anything to give us concern or make us wonder if this was going to get done. Everything was done on time, on budget and we were never in the dark about were in the process. We had extensive tile work done throughout the home and i can’t speak more highly of their tile guy, Diego. He made sure to match the veining with each piece. Watching him work was like watching and artist you could tell that the smallest detail really mattered to him. We will definitely hire proper in the future and we highly recommend them if you want beautiful work done in your home.

> LEO, thank you so much for the beautiful flooring job. We signed the contract on a Monday and Leo had his guys out here on a Wednesday morning to perform the work. Before that, he dropped off some boxes for me to put all my small, personal items. The crew was very careful in covering and moving my furniture. Before putting down flooring, they checked all of the subfloor for squeaks and made sure everything was leveled before floor install. Took two and a half days and they were done by Friday afternoon. All the furniture was put back exactly how it was. During the walk through, Leo went around the whole house to make sure everything was squeak free. Although my project is considered a small one, Leo and his crew treated my house as if it were his own.
