Rock Island Realty is a locally owned remodeling and construction company.
Our mission is to bring great people and great homes together.  We began in Northside – the very first project was rehabbing the home next door to our founder’s residence.  Since then, Rock Island has remodeled hundreds of properties in the Tri-State, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial buildings.  Each project is characterized by attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for marrying architectural interest with modern amenities.  Rock Island also provides property management services to landlords.

Community is more than just a collection of buildings. We take pride in making our home-base neighborhood of Northside better.  That’s why Rock Island regularly supports our Northside non-profits:  WordPlay, CAIN (Churches Active in Northside), NEST, Happen, Inc. and the Village Green Foundation.

> Recently I called about a problem with a fence gate that Rock Island had built for my yard.   Even though the fence had been constructed a couple of years ago, workers came out promptly and took care of the problem.  I've had a number of projects that Rock Island has created for me and am always pleased with the quality of their work and their willingness to stand behind it.  Workers are friendly, and when they've completed the job, there's never evidence of any mess left behind.
