> I reached out to Grand Contracting regarding help assessing and repairing my property in St. Louis after discovering major issues caused by a previous contractor. To be fair, the owner was courteous and professional whenever we were able to connect, and I do appreciate that he was trying to help in a difficult situation.

It took nearly two months, multiple phone calls, and repeated follow-ups just to get an estimate completed. Given the urgency of the issues at the property, the delay was frustrating and made it difficult to move forward with repairs in a timely manner. Additionally, the estimate itself was fairly limited and did not fully address several items that were known to need repair or replacement. Overall, while my interactions with the owner were pleasant, the lack of timely communication and detailed follow-through made the experience disappointing.
