The home was a 1950's 1 story lake cottage approx. 900 sq.ft. , full basement, but no garage. Because of a small lot, any renovation footprint was restricted on all 4 sides. We were referred to Ryan Hundt thru a builder and from there our renovation plan was started. Through many back and forth design discussions over several months, Ryan provided us concept plans and dimensions that would allow for the design to fit the setback requirements. The renovation that Ryan's creativity and attention to detail produced, became a reality this past year. The home is now an 1800 sq.ft. 2 story with a wrap around porch and 2 car garage & mudroom. It captures the old cottage look for its exterior elevation. The interior has a 2nd floor Master suite, an office, and a large laundry room. The 1st floor is open to the family room, kitchen, and eating area. Plus a secondary bedroom with it's own private bathroom. We are very proud and pleased with the home. As for our opinion of Ryan Hundt, this project was a daunting task for the most capable of Architects, and it quickly became apparent to us that Ryan was the one for this project. His professionalism, prompt response to questions, and being mindful of any budget concerns make for a successful project. Congratulations Ryan !
