I started out with an upstairs bathroom renovation but liked their approach and design recommendations so much I ended up expanding my renovation and redecorating my entire upstairs with them. My daughter has allergies and EMI went above and beyond to accommodate her needs, arranging for the carpet removal while we were away and having it done the day we left so any allergens in the air had the maximum time to settle before we returned. They were also very cost conscious, and stayed within budget and advised me when I was going over our planned budget a couple of times to make sure I was ok with that. My original contractor cancelled on me at the last minute, and Beth helped me find another contractor who did quality work. The materials they sourced for me at lower prices than I had found them also helped pay for the design work. The time they saved me by putting samples of everything together for me to choose from was very helpful, They also met me at a store to pick out some items. The attention to detail they paid to every choice was much more than I ever would have, and everything looks much better because of it.
