So when we decided to update our current home from a 20+-yr old outdated Mediterranean vibe to a more contemporary look, we knew we needed help. We narrowed the list of designers to 3 and Brittany won hands down. Our intuition proved to be spot on. Brittany has many great qualities including being creative, efficient, smart, reliable, an excellent communicator, fun & funny, patient, calm & calming, but I think one of her biggest assets is her ability to reconfigure and reimagine space. Not only did she envision a drastic change in the layout of our main floor, but she did it in a cost effective, visually impactful way that maximizes the both the functionality and aesthetics of our space. We also appreciated that while she has great ideas and taste herself, she works hard to extract your style and taste so that the finished product feels like a reflection of you rather than her. Time and again she saved us from making decisions that may not have turned out as we imagined! She is also great at extracting the best work from contractors and vendors - no cut corners or sloppy work under her watchful eye - which we greatly appreciated since her knowledge far exceeded ours. I’d highly recommend working with Brittany, and in fact, now every time I see a house I imagine what she & we might do to improve it!!!

Moving to Washington state and purchasing a decent sized but dated house, I had a ideal of what I was aiming for to renovate the main floor, but no vision and no plan to get there.  Reaching out to Brittany provided me an easy and pleasant experience that I can’t fully express my appreciation for, especially when comparing with other previous projects and stories from friends undergoing a similar renovation. The project was a main floor renovation, including the kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. She led me through the maze of redesigning the bathroom, to eliminate the unwanted spa tub (or any tub) and to include a large and wonderfully luxurious shower, a sitting vanity with mirror and outlets, a large storage closet matching new cabinets, complete with rollout shelves, to store the myriad of bathroom supplies and first aid and medical and other similar supplies previously stuffed in 3 drawers and under two sinks.  The bathroom was an organizational nightmare.  Now, it is always neat and clean.  The beautiful new sinks, quartz counters, porcelain tiles, fixtures, cabinets, handles, paint colors and other details went together beautifully.  She always listened to my concerns, about cost, design, and paid attention to safety for older folks (beautiful grab bars in shower and great TP holder that is also a small grab bar) without having it overtake the entire bathroom.  Every time we use the bathroom, we are thrilled with all of it.  Friends and neighbors think it should be featured in a magazine!  She suggested different items in different price ranges, sensitive to price concerns and warning me that some things I wanted were quite expensive and found alternative solutions.  The contractor she recommended (and his assistant) were the best I've ever worked with.  Always on time, perfection on the job, worked on our job until done, except for a couple of snafus in shipped items, which delayed things.  I would definitely consult her again.  She also helped me select color for adjoining master bedroom and new padded, dark-colored headboard, of which I was leary, and which is just a fabulous addition to the room. A: Hello! This vanity is roughly 100" long - (3) 15" banks of drawers and (2) 27" Sink bases.  This vanity is kitchen height at 34.5" + the quartz countertop which is 1.25" = 35.75" total height.  Depth is standard vanity depth at 21" cabinetry for the drawer banks and kitchen depth (24"D) for the sink bases.
