> I purchased a large, 4 level townhome - 3500 sq.ft. above grade plus basement and two car garage below built in 1990.

> Grand Construction took on the complex task of completely rebuilding the house into a modern home.   Engineering allowed a redesign to open concept on the main level while walls and door openings changed on the remaining three levels.

> The carpentry team supervised by Mike Bottos was excellent in both framing and finishing our home.   Floors were levelled and joists reinforced to strengthen the old structure before adding top quality finishes.   All mechanical was replaced to current codes and standards, HVAC, electrical , plumbing and gas lines.

> The gourmet kitchen is 22' by 17' and with 5 bedrooms up and 3 complete bathrooms plus 2 more two piece bathrooms - there was plenty of tile work.    I would highly recommend the Bottos team based on our experience.

Of course my project expanded over the course of the project, Paul and his team were incredibly accommodating throughout the process.
