> Chris helped us stage our home for a Spring sale and we had an offer the next day (no joking)! Chris had a gentle and methodical way of working with us going room to room that allowed us to listen to feedback from her, take notes and then make the changes we needed to make to appeal to buyers. I posted before and after pictures of one of the rooms we worked on which is the family room. The before pictures with the red fireplace belong to the former owners (we are the second homeowners).  We hadn't changed the home too much until we decided to sell. The after pics show Chris's amazing touches such as the new and lowered mantle which hides the TV cables and putting the window mullions/grids away to see the view. Chris is easy to work with, on time project deadlines and communicates promptly through various methods. She's kind and thoughtful as well as creative and I can imagine that with her creativity she can help anyone working within any budget.

> We were exploring purchase of a sofa sectional.  We had a specific not to exceed size that was needed. We had a requirement that the cushions be soft and flexible and not firm.  Chris researched a variety of manufacturers and was able to zero in on one manufacturer that would meet our needs.  Chris then requested the manufacturer send a cushion that we could test out. We selected a number of fabrics to consider and Chris offered advice on the fabric samples.  We placed our order, and the sectional sofa has been delivered.  We are extremely happy with our purchase and we would highly recommend Chris as the person who can deliver your dream vision.  She goes above and beyond in meeting your needs and really listens to what is important to you.

**Q: Bought this Cheaper at Floor & Decor** *(in Product Questions)*

I bought this tile (probably a different manufacturer, although it looks exactly the same) from Floor & Decor in Florida for $2.99 or $3.99 a sq ft. Much cheaper than here. It was used in our shower and looks very nice. Sorry, I don't believe I can add a photo.

**Q: Love or loathe? Island benches** *(in Polls)*

The trend seems to be towards more use of island benches in kitchens as the food preparation area becomes more a part of entertaining. 

Do you like having a bench in the middle of your kitchen or do you prefer it all out of the way and against a wall?

A: Love - especially the one in the picture.  Time is always short, so if you have the space it's a very practical soln for interaction with friends and family while going about your business in the kitchen.
