All of this was supported with computer drawings and precise on-site measurements. He led us through the project schedule and recommended suppliers and materials. He did his very best to adhere to that schedule, despite some unforeseen issues with external suppliers. For our project, Nitin's response truly went beyond the call. There were no surprises and all potential changes and challenges were identified immediately, so that they could be addressed at a reasonable cost. I am so happy that I found Kitchen Cabinet Source and Nitin (General contractor). I did my homework and interviewed all the contractors for the BIGGEST job yet in my house! I am so pleased, happy and content with the complete kitchen renovation. Nitin's knowledge of product, appliances, trends was top notch. There are so many choices out there - he helped and directed me with his expertise. All the trades he brought in were respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was certainly worth the wait. 2 plus weeks operating in a small kitchen in the basement was a challenge (especially for our teenage children) - but we managed. When I look in my kitchen now - I feel like I'm in someone else's home! Everything blends and works together for what I call a "Beyond a Martha Stewart" look! I purposely did not post pre, during and post pictures on social media, as I want friends, neighbours and eventually family from England to see if first hand. Taking pictures really does not do it justice. Nitin was very creative with some of his design suggestions - ideas that I would never have thought of myself. I had one idea - he had other ideas! Happy to say - his ideas were the best! He works with sub-contractors who are totally professional and experts in their respective areas. He organized and scheduled everything to a tee! Have to say that I was stressed during this period. Simply can't imagine how stressed I would have been, had I dealt directly with all the various trades and sub-contractors directly. I would strongly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Source/Nitin for many projects around the home. Considering Toto or Duravit for the toilet but cannot find clear comfortable recommendations on ability of toilets to flush well. I have completely new installations - new plumbing - totally new bathrooms. Any recommendations on durability of toilet, frequency of repair, convenience to find parts in US (Connecticut), flushing capability, and any other recommendation would be much appreciated. I've always used Kohler toilets before this but do not like their wall hung toilet. Desire wall hung toilet at comfort height for aging in place. Thanks. A: Currently i am renovating a wash room with curb less shower with linear drain and wall hung toilet its very difficult to combine different products and plumbers are totally new to the concept in City like Toronto and the plumbing show rooms are also having staff that are not 100% sure on any combination as the product knowledge is very little. There is one model of Duravet where washlet seat and toilet is all concealed but plumber is not able to understand the assembly details and want 3 times the money to install.
