We were understanding when the first draft of our landscape design arrived almost a month later than he had promised and to be honest we really liked a lot about that initial design. Unfortunately, after submitting our notes on the first draft we have not heard back from him; indeed we have not heard from Jesse at all in over 4 months! I have sent several emails and left voicemails which have all gone unanswered. We have wasted months with Jesse that we could have spent with a reliable landscape designer, not to mention the $750 initial deposit which he hasn’t returned. To say we are disappointed with Jesse is an understatement and I am baffled as to how he has managed to maintained an acceptable reputation on this site when he ghosts customers like this.
