I have worked in the build industry for over 20 years and I have NEVER worked with someone (Yasmine Goodwin) who is more attentive, intuitive, intelligent, insightful, creative, competent, sincere and honest. Every interaction to date has been a stress reducing experience. She/the company is worth their weight in gold as each suggestion either saves us money directly ( I thought I wanted an 8 foot curved kitchen island and she suggested a different shape/size) or indirectly (Yasmine's idea for the island is spectacular, so not only am I saving money with that change, her input on that alone has increased the aesthetic of my house significantly. ) For every idea this designer suggests, cost and stress is reduced, and peace and tranquility increased. Who ever gets that with a house build???
