Communication is key to anything in life. With that, they have a system available to their clients and subs which help with the communication and to make sure everyone is on the same page. We are a plumbing contractor. Sometimes we will start a job with the rough plumbing, then several weeks if not longer, we will do the "finish" plumbing. Working with other general contractors, we typically get a call the night before saying they are ready for the "finish" plumbing now which doesn't give us time to schedule items which makes everything a rush. Again, being a plumbing contractor, we are typically dealing with emergency issues which makes it difficult to schedule things at times. With All Pro Builders, because of their experience and the computer program they use, this has helped us better plan our work schedule, keeps us on track and makes the customers happy which is what our business is about. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues, let alone construction issues, so the smoothest process works the best in the long run. I made my self clear that there was a time issue that needed to be met or as close as possible . From our discussion we had a ruff estimate that the project in its entirety would take about 5 month now we are looking at 8 months and my first month gathering plans and permits have encountered delays which makes me believe that it won’t be the first of many delay . They developed a time line and this point have not shown the ability to stay on track . Halting the project is not an option at this point of the process but they will not get a good rating from me unless I see a change.
