> Johanna Seldes is a pro.  She listens well, measures twice, cuts once.  She is a problem solver and very easy to work with.  Our project was transforming a gut job...2000 sq ft on two levels.  Everything had to be replaced and she helped guide every decision and make sure that the work was done in a timely way.  I did not know her when my contractor recommended her.  I am so grateful for her knowledge, kindness and practicality.  Our project started in June and was completed by December.
