Where can I find them?

A: The shutters are original. They were restored on-site by skilled craftspeople. House was built c. 1890. Check out the before picture.

where to purchase shutters

A: Shutters are arch3-panel operable louver shutters. Shutters are original and sent to shop for refurbishment. Call Rufino's Painting and Contractors for color swatch.

**Q: How much did your architect cost you?** *(in Building a Home)*

Trying to get an idea on how much we should expect to pay for an architect. I have seen prices ranging from $1-$10/sq ft and I have seen some charging by a certain % of the whole construction fee. How much did your architect charge you? Would be helpful if you can provide your sq footage in the case that your architect charges by % of costs and the quality of your architect/however you want to rate them.
