> I visited the Lewisburg showroom twice before having Cindy out to measure our kitchen for a complete remodel. Everything went smoothly, we seemed to really understand each other and what I wanted done. She said it would be a week before we could take a look at any mock-ups of the kitchen. That was fine. Two weeks passed and she never called so I called and was told the CAD department was slow, ok. Two more weeks and still nothing. I called a second time and was told it was almost done and that “she would be able to invite us to the showroom very soon” to review everything. That was two months ago. She has never called me. I totally understand all construction fields are backed up, I went into this project expecting it to be a 6 month ordeal. All she had to say was: this is a realistic timeframe for our work, but instead she ghosted me.

A: If memory serves it is painted with a satin finish.

Creative Kitchens designed and installed my kitchen 20 years ago. I’m hoping to come in and talk to you about updating it with new hardware and countertops. I really like the finish of this hardware!

A: The finish is oil rubbed bronze, and come on by, we would love to help you.
