> We had a fantastic experience working with Kitchens, Baths & Beyond. After considering selling, we decided to stay put and turn our home into our "forever home". This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

**Comment from Kitchens, Baths & Beyond:**

> Thank you for the kind review! We enjoyed working with you! We hope you and your family will enjoy your "new" home for years to come.

> We had the BEST experience with Jack, Jackie, Gina and the whole team at KBB. We redid our kitchen and master bathroom and they finished everything ON TIME and it looks beautiful! I was very impressed with how organized the whole process was and everything stayed right on track. I changed my mind on backsplash a few times before we started and Jackie was so patient and helpful with helping me decide on all the details. It’s obvious how experienced they are and Jack continued to check in personally on the projects on a regular basis. He always made sure everything looked perfect and would ask if I had any questions along the way. His team of professionals were all a pleasure to have in our home and excellent at their craft. From the carpenters, plumbers, tile guys, countertops, electricians and cleaners all were meticulous with their work. If you are looking to redo your kitchen or bath look no further, this is the crew you want! I did a lot of research on which companies to use and I’m very happy we went with them. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them, they are worth the wait!

> We're extremely pleased with our bathroom remodel. Everything went as planned maybe even a little ahead of schedule! If you're needing a bathroom or kitchen remodeled do not hesitate to call Kitchen's, Bath & Beyond. We'll be calling again when we're ready to update our kitchen!

> After receiving recommendations from friends, we recently contracted with Kitchens, Baths and Beyond (KBB) for several full remodeling projects including 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. I highly recommend KBB and cannot say enough kind words about the entire team. From design, to demolition, to installation, through completion, the work performed was exceptional. Firstly, KBB worked very closely with us to make sure they understood our vision for the project but also were very sensitive to our budget. In fact, there were several times that I was thinking of changing my design resulting in higher costs and Jack, the owner, was willing to advise me that the extra cost would not benefit the overall look. Secondly, as work continued, the completed work was inspected to ensure the work was performed consistent with the plans. Lastly and equally as important, the entire project was completed on time as promised. The professionalism, workmanship and respect for our home was unmatched. And they are all so wonderful I actually feel like these guys are now part of my family.

> I had my kitchen remodeled from right down to the studs. Kitchens, Baths, and Beyond did a beautiful job. Their team took my vision and turned it into reality. It was begun and completed right on time. I wouldn’t trust a project to anyone other than Kitchens, Baths, and Beyond!

> It was a pleasure working with Jack, Jackie and the crew of expert craftsmen involved in our bathroom renovation. They were prompt, friendly, and kept any disruptions in the household to a minimum. Every day the worksite was thoroughly cleaned. Jack and Jackie were easy to work with and provided excellent advice and guidance.
> We would highly recommend Kitchens, Baths & Beyond!!

> We did a major renovation of our master bathroom and are delighted with the job that KB&B did. From Jack and Jackie visiting us and providing drawings and a realistic estimate and timeline, to being able to view options in person at the showroom, to the demolition and install, we were very pleased with our experience. The employees that came to our home were efficient, professional, and talented (a special nod to John and Jeremy). We were impressed with them, and the results - we love our bathroom!

> I could not have been happier with the work done by this company. I had a master bath and a guest bath renovated. The owner of the company is fantastic and so are his two designers. They were all easy to work with and very professional. The workmen were great as well. The projects were finished in the time frame quoted and the clean up was excellent.

**★★★★★ — Carol Howe, Sept. 2018**

> In my 40 years of homeownership I have had many experiences with contractors. With the exception of some really good painting contractors, I must say my overall experience with renovators has been generally stressful and disappointing - until I hired KBB in Mt. Pleasant for my kitchen remodel. Rarely do you hear the words “fun” and “remodel” in the same sentence but that was my experience. This is a group of dedicated staff that work in tandem with each other, the client, and all parties involved. The result is a job that will get done on time, as quoted, with design perks and advice along the way. The job site was always tidy and the professional cleaning crew completed the project so our cabinets were ready to be stocked as soon as the job was concluded. This is probably the best crew in the business. Surely the best my family has ever used. If you can book them, you will not be disappointed.

> Jack and his staff at Kitchens Bath and Beyond were a pleasure to do business with from start to end. They transformed my original builders master bath shower from a standard plastic insert one into a larger, tiled one with a mosaic design insert. They were helpful with the design process in the showroom and most importantly were a one-stop showroom that had on hand the tile and granite styles from which to choose from.
> They finished the job in the time promised and came back to complete any overlooked touch-ups.
> I highly recommend their services.

**Comment from Kitchens, Baths & Beyond:**

> Thank you for your kind review! We appreciate you taking the time to tell us how we did and we hope you enjoy your newly remodeled shower.

**★★★★★ — User, Dec. 2015**

> KBB remodeled our kitchen including countertops, backsplash, cooktop, sink, faucet, and disposal, and did an outstanding job. Wide selection of options with excellent advice from them. Price was good, workers were on time and conscientious. We found some surprises when the old countertops were removed and KBB made adjustments quickly and at minimal added cost. Very happy with results.

**★★ — Sherry G, Dec. 2015**

> We actually selected KB&B based on the positive reviews online as well as from neighbors. That being said, we would not recommend them for custom tile work and were not pleased with the lack of understanding from the owner.
>
> We paid 50% down for the job on August 12 and the work began on or around September 9. This was actually sooner than they had committed to, so we were pleased with that!
>
> All seemed to go well initially. However, when the tile was set and grouted, that's where the main trouble began. AFTER we paid the 40% tile set fee (now they had 90% of their money) we had a hard time getting anything accomplished in a timely manner. We identified many issues with the tile job. First, and foremost, the shower floor was not to code, had a slope on it that was inconsistent, felt like a roller coaster, and sloped faster than code dictates - making it uncomfortable to stand on. In addition, since the slope wasn't smooth, water pocketed in places. Secondly, the custom border was lumpy - sticking out in several places. Many areas of detailed tile were not lined up, looking like someone just slapped it up.
>
> After much back/forth with the owner, several comments that "you are picky customers" even though he also said he agreed it didn't look right and many weeks of delay, the "one week" job was completed finally on November 3.
>
> We never heard from the owner again other than to get the final invoice. He didn't call to see if we were happy with the tile job, didn't check on the tub repair (surface nick caused by the tile guy), didn't check on the glass install, didn't see the final product.
>
> I guess our job wasn't "big enough" to warrant the service that other customers must have received from KB&B. As a matter of fact, the tile guy and the handyman mentioned to me on more than one occasion that this job is "peanuts" compared to the other invoices we see. I do hope that others have better experiences than we did with this business - perhaps previous customers didn't have custom tile work done - or perhaps the tile guy has changed over the years. I now know, however, that I will not provide 90% of the payment until I am much happier with progress on a job.
>
> All lessons learned for me.

**Comment from Kitchens, Baths & Beyond:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your opinions and concerns are very important to us here at Kitchens, Baths, and Beyond. We take a great deal of pride and put our heart into every project. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality products and services available.
>
> Our belief is that we should rise above customer expectations to successfully complete renovations; however, on this occasion it sounds like we fell short. Sherry, it would be an understatement to say that your review was surprising.
>
> Our mission here at KBB is to hire, train, and develop the best talent in the industry so that we may serve our community with superior products and services. We seek to achieve excellence in every project whether it is a single room design or the restoration of an entire home. All projects are completed with passion to satisfy the needs and desires of our customers.
>
> We strive to maintain customer satisfaction and it is reinforced in our company payment policy: a 50% deposit is required at signing, a 40% payment is due after the tile or cabinet install, and the remaining 10% is due upon project completion and customer satisfaction. If the customer is unhappy, we will continue to seek solutions until we receive satisfactory approval. We take an uncompromising approach to the quality of workmanship that goes into every design.
>
> Sherry, we want to thank you again for taking the time to express your honest concerns. With over 3,000 highly successful renovations, we never stop learning from our experiences and reviews. Your concerns are very important to us and we value your business.
>
> Thank you very much,
