**★★★★★ — O'Shea Construction, Nov. 2019**

> I have used KM designs for personal design services (personal home), and on many occasions (2017- present) as a remodeling business owner in need of a good remodeling designer for my clients. Every time I send one of my clients to Kimberley and her team, I have all the confidence in the world that they are going to knock it out of the park, and they do. I get nothing but amazing feedback from my clients about their experience with Kimberley and her team. They not only have a keen eye for aesthetics and making sure things are going to look amazing, but also how things function. It's rare to find somebody who can offer the best of both worlds (aesthetics and function) in designing a home. These people are down to earth, personable and professional. They deliver on the promised time frame, and their costs are competitive. I am honored to work alongside this company, and look forward to many years and many more projects ahead!

> KM Designs was so easy to work with. My husband and I feel like Kimberly did a great job of listening to our desires for our home and incorporating them into our plans. She was fast to turn around any changes we requested. Kimberly was patient with us as we changed our mind about a number of things sometimes even going back to what she originally recommended. We can highly recommend KM Designs.

**★★★★★ — Lydia Rollins, April 2019**

> Kimberly is just great! She listens intently and then incorporates her client's wishes into her design. She is straightforward and provides an alternative solution when a proposal may not be feasible. She is prompt and fun to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You'll be glad you picked her to do your design!

> We currently live in Central Illinois. We are building our retirement home in Texas Hill Country. We met Kim for the first time at our wooded 2 acre Lot, then met the next day at her office. Kim's attention to detail, her desire to fulfill our wants/needs, plus her gifted "Venusian/Mars" intellect was made apparent from the moment we met her! Within one month we had our design ready for review, 2 weeks later we are sending out quotes to potential builders. Kim is honest, a true joy to work with and always works hard to respect "the budget". We feel very fortunate and her initial comment of " I do NOT build ugly houses",, sealed the deal for us! As a final comment, we drove around Summit Ridge and noticed our new home would be surrounded by many beautifully built homes. At our Saturday meeting we learned that Kim had designed most of them.

**★★★★★ — Greg D, June 2017**

> Our builder brought KM Designs in to do the building design for our new custom home. Our lot was a bit of a challenge with a slope across a cul-de-sac triangle. We also had quite a few unique floor plan requirements due to some health challenges for two of our family members. We worked with Kim directly after our builder surveyed our wishes and needs. She visited the lot to further understand the layout and the kind of house we wanted.
>
> When we came to her office to start the design, she smiled and said "I have something". She unrolled the first design and we were "floored". We sat back to take it all in as we could see from the design that she had listened VERY WELL and put a lot of thought into laying out a floor plan that met our needs and fit the challenges of the lot.
>
> As we looked over each part, there were very few changes to get us to our optimal plan.
>
> Kim took time to understand our needs and offered suggestions and changes. She was genuinely "fun" to work with and made the process a pleasure.
>
> As we went to contract, there were more questions and a few changes but Kim was there to support us. She delivered a very nicely designed home and made the process easy.
