> Dawn did very well in helping us design and come up with the bathroom we were hoping for.  However, many things were delayed and while it may not have been completely within her control, her communication of delays and keeping us up to date was not adequate.  Many times emails went unanswered and we had to call or show up at the store to get answers.   Overall she did a good job but keeping customers informed is essential.

> We expanded our 1940's cape and outfitted a large red birch cabinet kitchen and two bathrooms with materials from Kitchen EnCounters.  We were very pleased with the quality of materials and Dawn's level of dedication.  Our custom kitchen was extremely functional and looked great.  We outgrew our house, and it sold in less than 1 week.  The feedback we got was that the kitchen was gorgeous.  It definitely stood out from other houses on the market.  Now we need to re-do the kitchen in our new house with Dawn!
