Ultimately he canceled order 5 months later upon completion keeping the desk that was ordered for himself. > > Production was quoted as 16 weeks and was delayed due to vendor not paying deposit and balance to the manufacturer as confirmed to me by the manufacturer when I called them. **★ — Catharine Buttinger, Sept. 2020** > Unfortunately, I cannot attest to great customer service. I received a damaged piece and after 3 follow-up emails over several weeks, I realized Stephen had absolutely no intentions to respond. I learned my lesson, this was the first time I dealt with a high end furniture company where you cannot pay with credit card but must pay in cash (via bank transfer). Certainly, if you are not satisfied or in my situation, receive a damaged piece, you have no recourse by contacting the credit card company and getting a credit until the situation is resolved. Sadly, in my opinion, this is the intention behind cash payments. Something goes wrong and you are out of a lot of money and Stephen takes no responsibility but ignores you. My conclusion: BEWARE of doing business with this company. **★★★★★ — Anne McKay, July 2017** > I'm a long-time studio apartment dweller, with No Space for anything but the basics. But I've been visiting DESIGNLUSH for years, and always come away inspired to think-and-act more deeply to create a Real Home. > > The objects I see there are exquisite in themselves, and their display together never fails to inspire important improvements in my space. I recommend a visit to anyone seeking that Real Home. **★★★★★ — Eleanor Moyer, July 2017** > For me doing business with Designlush was a worry free experience their knowledge and work quality cannot be matched. All deadlines were met with ease. **★★★★★ — Donna Hooker, July 2017** > DesignLush has the highest quality product, excellent customer service and outstanding approaches to design solutions I have experienced! Designlush is looking forward to working & spending more time on the west coast. **★★★★★ — glendabutler45, June 2017** > Such a great variety of products and designers to choose from. I always find something to enjoy. I purchased an amazing Italian Cabana bed for my spoiled poodle, and I am so happy with the quality , design, and workmanship. I just love these guys. **Comment from DESIGNLUSH:** > Thank you very much Glenda. It is always fun & a great time working with you. We are thrilled that you and your pup are happy with the Cabana bed. Hopefully you are both sleeping better. **★★★★★ — Tara Gualtieri, June 2017** > I have worked with this design firm on a few occasions but most recently on my children's bedrooms. I found Stephen to be engaging and helpful. He made the experience exciting and my teenage son participated and learned much from his expertise. Stephen and his team are the best at creating livable, comfortable and beautiful spaces. **Comment from DESIGNLUSH:** > Thank you Tara. Doing the chandelier and wallpaper was inspiring for us as well. The more recent project for your son was both fun & gratifying. He's a great kid. ## Selected projects - [Riverside Park](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/riverside-park-pj-vj~2541397) - Location: New York, NY - Photos: 19 - Description: One Riverside Park is New York’s most distinguished new address, introducing a new level of luxury to waterfront living on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
