> I initially met Elaine at a local networking group of design professionals.  I have collaborated with Elaine a few times in the past 3 years.  I subcontracted to her initially for the architectural planning and drawings on a large restaurant makeover and renovation, and a couple of large residential renovations.  She has an incredible sense and knowledge of design, codes,  very efficient and quick turnaround times.  She is professional,  pleasant to work with , very thorough and structured, and was able to meet the timelines and budget.  I will definitely continue to work with her!  Highly recommend her!
