The part cost $13.95 and the shipping was $14.03. I called Kingston Brass and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I have now replaced two cartridges and two handle adapters and this has cost me over $500 with parts and plumbers. This is the worst product I have ever had and the worst customer service. They said to check with the warranty department but I told them I do not have the receipt as this was purchased by my plumber and he no longer has the receipt. I have Kohler and Moen faucets in my home and their customer service is very responsive and whenever I need parts they send them to me without asking for a receipt.
