> We hired Collier Builders in December 2014 for work to prepare our home for sale.  Exterior siding repair and interior wall replacement were the major tasks performed.  Also on the list were minor electrical tasks.  The work had to be completed on a short schedule to meet the home settlement date.  Brian was great to work with throughout the process.  The tasks were scoped and detailed properly.  The work was priced appropriately and fully explained.  We were given regular updates on progress once the project was underway.  Brian was immediately responsive to our requests.  Everything was completed on time and as described.  Our buyers commented on the fine condition of the home upon taking ownership.  All in all, we feel we received value and professional workmanship.  We would work with Collier Builders again and recommend them to others.

Brian and his team were great to work with, and always left the house neat and tidy when they left for the day. His team even did some electrical work to move outlets and hang our flat screen tv above the fireplace - other contractors we spoke to were going to have to outsource that work to an electrician which would have cost us a lot more money (and time).  We plan to use Collier Builders for more projects in our house - small and large.  I would definitely recommend giving Brian a call.
