A: The cabinet is 30" x 24" and 4" deep. It was installed so top surface is 30" above the floor (approx. typical desk height). It was custom built by the builder, so exact cost will vary from builder to builder, but a qualified carpenter should be able to put it together easily and rather inexpensively. A: Of course! The 3 drawers are 11-1/8" W x 7-5/8" H
