Alair allowed us to design the entire layout and make each room truly our own. > We had been hesitant to build our own home as we had heard how stressful it could be but Curtis and Sharayah Moffat made everything as easy as possible and guided us along the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two. The care, expertise and attention to detail they provided was exceptional. They took the time to get to know us and really understand what we were wanting for our home. > The trade crews they hired to work on our home were also fantastic and you can tell everyone takes pride in their work and are true craftsman. > Hiring this team was one of the best decisions we ever made! > Thank you Curtis and Sharayah for taking our vision and making it come to life!! **★★★★★ — Norbert Wegner, April 2019** > We worked with Curtis and Sharayah Moffat of Alair Homes to do an extensive reno of our 20 year old home which included gutting the kitchen and putting in all new cabinets, an island and a much larger window/door unit to the backyard. 3 bathrooms were gutted with all new vanities, fixtures, toilets and tubs. We also added a full wall cabinet and counter unit in the rear entrance/laundry room. In the family room we put in a custom desk & entertainment cabinet and re-did the fireplace. > > The whole process was very transparent with no surprises and we're very pleased with the finished product. They emphasized the design and selection process up front. They introduced us to designer Lisa Clark who came up with a great concept. Well worth the investment to hire a designer. A small expense in the big picture but it greatly enhanced the final product. The entire design and selections were done up front so we knew exactly what our costs and the schedule would be before signing the build contract. There were only very minor surprises during the build and the schedule was exactly as promised (10 wks). > > The trades they recommended were top notch with high quality results. Curtis and Sharayah were even pickier than we were so the end result was excellent.
