Our goal was to provide customers with a great experience when building their new home or updating their existing home. Larry’s greatest passion is the relationships that are built while the home is being built. He loves interacting with home owners, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Coordinating these projects involves more than building or remodeling a beautiful home. Relationships are made and the people involved feel that they are heard and valued as part of the building process. The love for building dates back several decades. Four generations of the Nix family have worked in both commercial and residential construction. We’ve completed over one hundred projects – remodels, additions, and new homes. Most of our projects take place in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Lakewood and other areas of Dallas. And, we’ve traveled to other states to build second homes for clients. While some of the building tools and styles have changed, we still put our customer’s satisfaction and excellent craftsmanship at the top of our list of things we strive to accomplish on every job. After talking to Larry Nix of the Nix Group a few months ago, I felt like he was the person I wanted to do my addition. Once I gave him the go ahead, he handled every aspect of the job efficiently and effectively. I could not be any happier with the results. The work was done within the budget and completed within the agreed timeframe. Larry was very easy to work with and his subcontractors were excellent. This was the first project like this that I have every done so I needed help. Very often Larry or a sub would ask a question or make a suggestion regarding what I might want in the addition. As a result, I think the addition is considerable better than if I had been on my own. Larry came by regularly to make sure everything was OK. He always responded to phone calls or text messages quickly. > > I would strongly recommend Larry to anyone wanting to build a home or do any remodeling.
